This best-selling 3-part video series on sexual harassment in the workplace focuses on awareness, perception and prevention. The training trilogy includes a 5-minute introductory video titled You Need to Know?Sexual Harassment is Illegal, and two versions of Sexual Harassment: Awareness, Perception & Prevention-one covering the responsibilities of managers and the other for employees.

Recent court cases, including those of the U.S. Supreme Court, have helped redefine the legal aspects of sexual harassment, making it imperative for organizations to educate, reeducate and adopt an absolute 'no tolerance' policy.

Video One: You Need To Know? Sexual Harassment is Illegal (5 minutes)

Employees will know that:

  • Sexual harassment is inappropriate, offensive and illegal.
  • Sexual harassment will not be tolerated in the organization.
  • Retaliation is prohibited.

Video Two: Sexual Harassment: Awareness, Perception & Prevention - An Employee's Responsibility (21 minutes) Employees will learn that eliminating sexual harassment from the workplace is a matter of:

  • Awareness of what sexual harassment is - not only the legal definitions but also specific actions, behaviors, and words.
  • Perception - what one person perceives as acceptable behavior may not be to another. Sexual harassment is about unwelcome behavior.
  • Prevention. Prevention means understanding that any kind of sexually suggestive behavior is unacceptable and will not be tolerated in the work place.
  • Retaliation is prohibited.

Video Three: Sexual Harassment: Awareness, Perception & Prevention - A Manager's Responsibility (22 minutes) Managers will learn that preventing and promptly correcting sexual harassment is a matter of:

  • Awareness of what sexual harassment is -not only the legal definitions but also specific actions, behaviors, and words that can create Hostile Work Environment or Quid Pro Quo sexual harassment.
  • Perception - what one person perceives as acceptable behavior may not be to another. Sexual harassment is about unwelcome behavior.
  • Prevention. Prevention means zero tolerance of any kind of sexually suggestive behavior in the work place by taking immediate and effective action whenever management sees, hears or is told of any kind of behavior that could be considered sexual harassment.

Program Includes:

3 videos (22,21,5 minutes in length) Also included with the series is a comprehensive Leader's Guide with sample agendas, discussion questions, exercises, role-plays, handouts and acknowledgment of training certificates.

There is a PG version available that completely cuts out the vignette "Twisted Words" and blanks out the computer screen on "Jokes on You"
