Health & Wellness
People in the safety business find themselves on the road quite a bit. This can involve traveling between worksites, attending safety conferences or, hopefully, going on a vacation from time-to-time. The bottom line is that traveling can be fatiguing and there are some things you can do to make it easier on your health, both mental and physical. In these sessions, Michael introduces some simple, practical tips to make traveling significantly less demanding on your body. The way you eat, sleep, drink, exercise and sit in education sessions at a trade show can have a dramatic effect on your health, comfort and productivity.
